On the ground floor ...
The Garratt Memorial Hall is a large multi-purpose hall measuring approx 16.5m by 12m. There is a raised stage and adjacent store room containing chairs and tables.
The following folding tables are available in the cupboard at the back of the hall:
4 large tables 1822 x 760mm
6 medium tables 1212 x 760mm
10 small tables 910 x 610mm
also
3 medium tables 1212 x 688mm (dark brown)
2 high chairs
There are about 90 upholstered chairs.
Users need to set up the chairs and tables at the beginning, and return them neatly to the cupboard at the end of their hire period.
The Gladwyn Room is a comfortable lounge next to the hall, with a serving hatch to the kitchen. It is approx 7.8m by 5.4m. A patio area can be used outside.
The Kitchen is well-equipped, including crockery and cutlery. It can be booked with either of the Hall and/or Gladwyn Room.
The Front Meeting Room (as it's name implies) is furnished as an office or meeting room. It is approx 6.2m by 5.3m.
On the first floor ...
The Oak Room (named from the wall panels) is approx 6.2m by 5.8m.
The Conference Room is approx 8.8m by 5.5m.
The New Meeting Room is 5.6m by 4.6m.
