We offer support to those who have concerns, hospital visits, transport to services and take communion to homes around the Parish.

Someone to talk to: Lonely, isolated, housebound or worried about family or friends? If you would like to talk, please speak to one of the Pastoral Care Team in confidence. Their photographs are shown below, just ask and we would be delighted to have a chat after church, or organise a phone call or a visit.
Lifts to church: please contact us if you would like to be picked up and driven to and from church, and we will try to organise a lift for you.
